We partner with local groups and organizations to host classes at their locations, ensuring training is available where it's most needed. Unarmed Personal Protection Seminar

This 3-hour class introduces unarmed self-defense techniques focused on quickly neutralizing an attacker by targeting critical weak points on the body. You will learn practical, easy-to-remember strikes and effective escape strategies, all based on understanding human anatomy and vulnerability. These sessions are taught by expert personal protection instructor, Jerry Cooper.

Goal-Setting Session

This one-on-one coaching session is designed to help you identify your Self-Defense goals and create a tailored plan to achieve them. During this 2-hour session, we will discuss your safety concerns, identify realistic goals, and create a personalized training plan. This session is ideal for women who are interested in taking control of their personal safety and are looking for a structured approach to begin incorporating Self-Defense principles into their lifestyle.

R.A.D. Self Defense Bootcamp

The R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) Basic Self-Defense Program is a comprehensive, women-only course that focuses on a wholistic approach to personal protection, including awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and hands-on defense training. Taught by Victoria, a certified R.A.D. instructor, this program empowers women by teaching practical Self-Defense techniques and strategies designed to defend against various types of assaults. With an emphasis on realistic scenarios and dynamic impact training, participants gain the confidence and skills needed to protect themselves effectively in real-world situations.

Intro to Personal Protection Tools (60 Min)

Your most powerful weapon is your voice. But when communication breaks down and violence ensues, what weapons do you turn to? In this class, get an introduction to the vast world of self-defense tools, from personal protection alarms to firearms and everything in between. Learn the pros and cons of each so that you can make informed decisions as to which tools to arm yourself with to protect yourself, your home, and your loved ones.

Intro to Self-Defense

(60 Min)

What is this thing called 'Self Defense'? For many, the idea of self-defense is comparable to learning a martial art, or attending a 4 hour class that covers all things you should or should not do to stay safe. But this perspective is far from the truth. In this course, we will dive into why personal protection is more important than ever, the various aspects of self defense, and how you can start your journey towards feeling confident in your abilities to defend yourself and your loved ones.
